Late Policy: Each session is 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy 5 menu items. If you arrive late due to traffic or other reasons, we’re sorry, but additional time cannot be provided as we need to prepare for the next reservation.

Caffeine
Q: Will I have too much caffeine with the coffee omakase?
A: No need to worry! Each menu item contains the equivalent of one shot of espresso, similar to a venti-sized Americano. We also offer decaf options for those sensitive to caffeine.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your reservation. For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, a cancellation fee may apply. If you need to adjust your booking, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Group Size & Sharing
Q: Can three people share two omakase courses?
A: To provide the best experience for everyone, we kindly request that each guest orders their own omakase course.
Q: Can we add additional people to our reservation?
A: While we try to accommodate all guests, adding people to an existing reservation is generally not possible due to limited seating. Feel free to contact us to explore any available options.
Q: Do we need to order one omakase per person?
A: Yes, the omakase experience is designed for individual enjoyment, so we kindly ask that each guest orders their own course.

Q: What coffee menus are included in the course?
A: We offer two types of courses:
1. A Best-seller course—perfect for first-time guests.
2. A seasonal course—featuring special coffee menus that change with each season. These are only available for a limited time, so book early!
Q: Who creates the omakase menu?
A: All menus are crafted by our baristas, who are passionate about creating memorable coffee experiences.
Q: Are vegan or gluten-free options available?
A: We are working on expanding these options. If you have dietary restrictions, please inform your barista during the session, and we’ll provide an alternative menu item.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: All reservations are made through OpenTable. Simply search for “guteleute,” select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking.
Q: When do next month’s reservations open?
A: Reservations for the upcoming month are released during the last week of the current month. For example, December reservations will open in the last week of November.
Q: What happens if the available times don’t show up on OpenTable?
A: If you don’t see your preferred time, please send us an email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Q: Can I walk in without a reservation?
A: Walk-ins are generally not available due to limited seating. However, if you visit on a weekday, we’ll do our best to find a spot for you.
Q: How long does a coffee omakase session take?
A: Each session lasts about 90 minutes. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
Q: What happens if I’m late for my reservation?
A: If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session to the full 90 minutes, as we need to prepare for the next guest. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
